Welcome to PROOF (the "App") operated by PROOF, an Indiana corporation with principal place of business in Marion, Indiana ("we", "us", "our", "Company"). By downloading, installing or using the App (and any associated website, services or software) you ("you", "your", "User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use the App.
Eligibility & User Account

You must be at least 13 years of age (or older if required by local law) to use the App. If you are under the age required by law in your jurisdiction, you may not use the App.

You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information when creating a user account (if applicable) and to maintain and promptly update such information.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, and you agree you will not allow any other person to access your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Description of Service
The App is a faith-based app that helps users turn prayer into action. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the App or any portion thereof at any time, with or without notice.

You agree to use the App only in accordance with these Terms, applicable laws, and any instructions or documentation we provide.

You must not:
- •violate any applicable law or regulation;
- •upload, transmit or post any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful or otherwise objectionable;
- •impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
- •interfere with or disrupt the App or servers or networks connected to the App;
- •attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the App.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, functionality, graphics, user interface, design, code, and other materials in the App (collectively, the "Materials") are our exclusive property or the property of our licensors, and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store or transmit any of the Materials.
